We went to my sister Sara's house all last week.. We left on Monday at around 4:50 in the morning... I'm not a morning person.. especially at 4:50 in the morning.
But I slept after we were in the car for two hours..
I thought we were going through Houston, and since I LOVE Houston, I didn't want to miss it.. but we didn't go through it, so I stayed up for nothing. :|
But ANYway... We had a lot of fun there... :)

The last day we were there, I played ball with Evelyn for probably about an hour and a half.. and it was COLD outside.. liiiiikeeee... 30 something.. and I know to all you people who live in frozen states, think that ain't cold, but to our melted states, it's FREEEEEZING. (br)

 Don't lay up-side-down for too long... you start getting light-headed.. and then you have a head ache.. and that ain't very fun.

So yeppers... WE had a pretty awesome time..


and it is 39 degrees here right now. BRRRness. Our poor cats outside are probably frozen by now.. :(
(its 62 degrees in our house.. our heater is broke. :( )

Don't take my snuggie

 We went to a Christmas party last Friday night..and played a present game where you could "steal" something from someone "legally". So I happened to want a snuggie that someone opened. So I stole it. I've always wanted a snuggie.. They have always looked so comfortable. But I guess he kinda liked it too... So he kept on trying to steal it back AFTER the game was over. He even walked out the door with it. Thankfully, I saw him..

Then his son tried to take it away from me after I got it back.. Like father like son....

I will have a warmer winter with my snuggie. I love my snuggie. :)

..Amelia Lanette Gordon into the world! :)
She's 7lbs 12oz, and 20 inches long. Red hair about an inch long.

Now I'm an aunt to 7!!!! :D

We're going to Sara's house on this Monday to be with her for the first part of the week. I'm soooo excited to see all of them!!! :):):):)

How 'bout them Cowboys?

When we got home from church last night, me and daddy started the Cowboy football game.. (thanks to Direct TV, we can record games if they start before we get home)
They played against the Philadelphia Eagles... Very sorry to say that we lost.. But we definitely gave them a run for their money.. (ha ha, almost literally)

And you might ask, 'why go for the Dallas Cowboys when you live closer to the Houston Texans'?
Well, for one, because my dad has gone for that team ever since I can remember, and for two, cause they're just a lot more awesome-er then the Houston Texans..

There are three things that annoy me about football.
#1- why do the guys run straight down the middle where they pretty much know they're gonna be tackled?
#2- why do the guys pile up on top of each other like a pile of leaves?? I mean, OKAY!! The guy got tackled! No need to pile up like that.
#3- Why do they accidentally let other teams intercept the ball so much? There was way to much intercepting going on last night.   

One of the things that has kinda always been a mystery to me about football, is why don't they get hurt more often then they do? They're ankles, knees, elbows and arms and heads, get twisted every which way, and they hardly ever get hurt.

But even though all of that stuff is true, I still looooove football!!!!

I NEED COFFEE

Ok, I know it's 9:35 at night, and me and my sister are the only ones up, but I need me some coffee. Am I the only one who gets weird cravings at weird times???.... So I guess I'm gonna go make me some!!

I was 6 years old when he was born.
He was the first one that made me an aunt.
He is a very typical 8 year old boy.
He loves to play with dirt, trucks, my camera, dogs, legos and blocks.
He is a good big brother to his sister (VERY soon to be sisters :)) and brothers.
And he's a pretty awesome nephew too.

Ocean pics

Last Monday night, mom, dad, Kim and me went to the ocean just to go.. It was cloudy so we didn't get to see the sunset.
The water was choppy and wavey (and fairly scarey) and it wasn't even windy. That was weird cause when you go to the ocean, you expect it to be realllly windy...
But then that meant no messed up hair :) hehe
