F.O.L.

Lake Jackson had the Festival Of Lights the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
It was sooo much fun. We went with my cousins that were down for the weekend, my aunt T., Heather and Alisa and D&K.
I rode on two rides there. The first one I rode on, three people could fit in the seats, so I rode in the middle and Daniel and Klarisa rode on the other sides of me.
Before it even started to go that fast I started to scream. But it was sooooooooo much fun!!!!
We went slightly upside down every once and a while, and it soo felt like I was about to fall.
Then after the parade, me and Klarisa rode on the Zipper.
That ride definitely went upside-down A L-O-T-... or at least our little compartment thingy did. It was soooo much fun though.

Rachel's was our coat carrier. What would we do without our coat carrier?? ;)
♥Best Friends♥
The sunset was really pretty. You can't really tell in the picture, but there were some serious sun rays coming down.

Heather and Alisa before they got on the Carousel.

Alisa had a lot of fun on the carousel. In fact, she had so much fun, she wasn't a big fan for getting off... :( poor baby.

Daniel Kim and Rachel rode on the Cliff Hanger.. It didn't look that fun to me. It made everyone on the ride look like superman. ;P
Me after I got off the Zipper. I was still smiling. hehe ;)

We played Taboo, Hugger Mugger, and Pictionary. and we ate. and ate. and ate some more. ;P
At the end of the day, we were all waiting for the cold front to blow through.. at around.. 8:15 it did.
We were all standing out there like we've never felt cold air before.. but considering where we live... you never know.. hehe ;)

The official "COLD" front of the season

So, we had our first actual COLD front. I mean, COLD. It got down to liiiiikkkeee,,, 40. :) brrrr!!! But I LOVE it.
This morning it was drippy windy freezy breezy out, and right now its sunny, bluuuuuue skies, and a wonderful cold breeze. Thank you people who live up north for sending it down to us. It was very much appreciated.
It wasn't very fun to listen to Christmas music when it was 82 out with 90 percent humidity.

Texas

I just felt like doing a post about the best-est state in all of the states. Texas. :) I think everybody really thinks TX is the best state, they just don't like to admit it.

Texas is the second largest state in america, second only to Alaska

It's the Lone Star State

The state bird is the Mockingbird. Just about the best bird ever

State flower, Blue Bonnet. it's just about the prettiest flower

Our state animal is the Longhorn

The state pepper is the Jalapeno

Our state insect is the Monarch Butterfly.

Our capitol is Austin

Our largest city is Houston. I LOOOOVE Houston. :)

San Antonio.. I've been there only once, and that was when I was reaaally little.

Fort Worth.. I've been there a few times. I like it.

Galveston Island. Pretty much the best Island ever.

Here are some pictures of the landscape of Texas.

See??? Now I know ALL of ya'll are just wanting to come down here. It's okay. You can admit it. ;)

Camping Trip pictures

Our church camping trip was last weekend. We all had sooooooo much fun. We played volley ball for most of the time... Found out that I wasn't too good at it. But I think I got better as I played more. Here are the pics!! (and my computer messed up, so the pictures are very much out of order)

There are two deer in the back, they let me get pretty close to them before they ran away.

Daniel, Klarisa and I went on a little nature walk  Friday morning.

Tatiana likes Bunny!! :)

Brother Homer and Daniel setting up the volley ball net.

Saturday morning. Everyone was soooo cold. (pretty much everyone)

Brother Homer eating tacos with cow tongue as the meat.... :\

But we played volley ball, so that got us pretty warmed up. ;)

On our way to the park, our good ole' van reached 200000 miles. We've been EVERYwhere in that van. All the way up to NY and D.C., and back again, Kansas quite a few times and Mississippi quite alot. I'll be sad when it totally quits. :(

A lil ole' cricket bug!! hehe ;P
YummyYUMMY coffee on a fairly cold morning.

I practically had to milk the little milk carton thing to get the milk out.
On Friday night, we had a Garbage sack race.. its where two teams have to eat garbage. HAHA, just kidding. But we do have to eat. But its nice food.. Like pickles, twinkies, pop candy, nutter butters, laffy taffy...stuff like that... the point of the game is to see which team can eat the food thats in their bag the quickest. One person at a time. And whatever you pull out of the bag, you HAVE to eat. Unless your allergic to the food.... But then you probably wouldn't be playing. I had to eat nutter butters. I HATE nutter butters. alot. Now, even  more.
But it was allll good fun. I want to do it again next time we going camping. :)
